In business, we are all faced with an ethical dilemma from time to time. Does the proposal benefit yourself or the client?  Does the decision benefit the business but is unfavourable for the rest?  Are your actions detrimental to co-workers but favourable to yourself? How do you know what course of action to take? These are not easy decisions to make, and most of the time, there’s no right or wrong answer.

In this short course, you’ll learn what an ethical dilemma is, how a conflict of values causes it, and what approaches you can follow to resolve these dilemmas.
